We are proud to announce that Chris Marr will be taking the position of head of Business Development for George Reed Inc. His duties will include:
Develop and grow profitable business:
- Analyze type of work (past years)
- Prime vs sub
- By client
Develop and maintain effective key Client relationships:
- Rank clients
- Developers/Property managers/Home builders/GC’s
Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy:
- PROACTIVE
Identify opportunities by researching industry and related publications and announcements:
- Business times/Journal/ENR/City permit office/Architects
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities:
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities; recommending opportunities.
Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential:

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintain personal networks, participating in professional organizations:
